In the news again: UIndy’s Healthy Diploma
Today’s Indianapolis Star carries a front-page story about Healthy Diploma, UIndy’s program designed to give students a leg up on the job market and a healthy lifestyle.
Featured in the piece are Department of Kinesiology Chair Lisa Hicks, who developed the unique degree concentration, as well as two participants: senior exercise science major Renee Zeltwanger of Bremen and junior nursing major Cassie Thomas of Southport. This spring, Zeltwanger will be among the first 12 UIndy students to graduate with the Healthy Diploma designation.
