In the news: Men’s and women’s basketball
Gouard
UIndy basketball is getting some attention these days, given that both the men’s and women’s teams are ranked No. 5 nationally in the latest NCAA Division II coaches polls.
The men’s team under coach Stan Gouard is feeling good about this season and beyond, with a 12-0 record and only one senior on the squad.
The same goes for coach Constantin Popa‘s women’s team.

The program has made it to the NCAA tourney in 7 of the past 10 seasons, but after an 11-1 start this year, they hope to go further than ever before.
