With the fall sports season behind us, UIndy tops the Great Lakes Valley Conference All-Sport Trophy standings, putting the Greyhounds in place to claim their fourth consecutive trophy and eighth overall.
The All-Sports Trophy is based on all-around performance in the conference’s 20 sponsored sports. The Hounds were boosted by the men’s soccer [3] team, with its conference championship run, and the volleyball [4] team, with its 15-3 conference record. Read more at the Athletics site [5].
In other sports news, the men’s basketball [6] team continued its undefeated season Tuesday with a 78-73 road win over eight-ranked Barry University in Florida.
