UIndy alumna Ellen Lowe has been named chair of the Institute of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, Calif. John “Jeff” J. Whorley Jr. has been appointed group president for asset management and servicing at Navient, the nation’s leading loan management, servicing and asset recovery company.
