Chad is the CEO of Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and a University of Indianapolis MBA ‘14 alum. Under the leadership of Chad and his brother Tyler, Peterman Brothers has grown to more than 600 team members across six locations and has earned a position on the Indy Star’s Top Workplaces List six consecutive times. Chad founded the Peterman Top Tech Academy in 2020, to train the next generation of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians. Chad has also authored two books, his most recent being “Can’t Stop the Growth: How to Build a Culture That Takes Care of Your Customers.”

🏆 You might wonder about how earning an #MBA helped Chad grow Peterman Brothers and become even more successful. In this special UIndy Alumni Success Story event, Chad will share his personal journey in a casual, conversational format and Q&A with UIndy students, alumni and community members, to explore how obtaining his applied MBA transformed the way he thought about running Peterman Brothers and helped forge new paths for his future.

This event will take place inside the Schwitzer Center on the campus of University of Indianapolis and is designed to connect current and former students, and offer them the chance to ask Chad questions about his journey themselves. This event is open to all #UIndy School of Business alumni, any current student, faculty, or staff member, as well as community members interested in learning more about the success of our graduates.
