Week brings good times for graduating seniors

Aside from final exams, it’s a good week to be a senior at UIndy, and not just because Commencement is Saturday. A full schedule of Senior Week activities is in store for this year’s graduates.

The fun kicks off today with Pie Your Professor from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Schwitzer Atrium, where $2 buys a chance to give some unfortunate faculty member a face full of whipped cream. The Senior Hangout from 8 to 10:30 p.m. at President Manuel’s house includes free drinks and snacks. And this being the start of Finals Week, the beloved tradition of Midnight Breakfast will take place tonight in the Main Dining Hall, with seniors eligible for early access from 11:15 to 11:45 p.m.

Other activities this week will include the Senior Class Photo shoot Tuesday afternoon on the front lawn of Good Hall; the cookout at the president’s home Tuesday evening; Thursday’s UIndy Night at Revel nightclub downtown, which includes shuttle service and is open to anyone 21 or older with a valid driver’s license; Friday night’s Senior Reception for pending graduates and their families at the downtown Skyline Club; and of course Commencement at 11 a.m. Saturday.
