Record-breaking UIndy Day 2024 Sees Support for 79 Programs, Teams

UIndy supporters from across the country united on Thursday, April 18, 2024 to celebrate the Ninth Annual UIndy Day! Students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University of Indianapolis shared hundreds of photos and memories to show their Pack Pride and supported current and future Greyhounds with $244,601 gifted to 79 UIndy programs and teams!

“Thank you to all our alumni, faculty, students, parents, friends and partners for their overwhelming support of UIndy Day!” said Philip Thornton, Vice President of the Office of Advancement at UIndy. “The love and passion for our Greyhound community is amazing. We set records for generosity in every measurable category thanks to you.”

Additional highlights from UIndy Day 2024 include:

  • A total of 35 states were represented, including California, Washington, New York, and Florida.
  • The Class of 2024 had the most donors participate, with a total of 25 supporting UIndy.
  • The UIndy Football Team earned a total of 252 donors, the most of any UIndy Athletics program this year. 
  • 160 UIndy supporters celebrated together at a UIndy Day Alumni Happy Hour event.
