Who should I contact if I have questions on the day of camp?
Questions about camp details, especially on the day of camp, should be directed to the Camp Organizer. To find the organizer of the camp you are attending, please visit camps.uindy.edu and search for your event. Once you are on the desired camp page, scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will find three tabs: Details, Organizer, and Venue. Select the “Organizer” tab for the Camp Organizer’s contact information.
Where can I find a map of campus?
What if I have to pick up my child early from camp?
You will need to fill out the Early Dismissal form and bring it with you on the first day of camp.
If the early pick-up is last-minute, please call the Office of Camps and Conferences, at 317-781-5764. Whomever is picking up the camper should bring a valid photo ID with them, which must be verified by Summer Programs staff.
What forms do I need if my child has not registered online prior to camp, but still wants to attend?
You will need the Walk-Up Paperwork. Please have these documents brought to the Camp Organizer on the first day of camp. Payments on the day of camp must be made via cash or check; no credit card payments will be accepted.
What should I plan to bring if my camper is participating in an overnight event?
For an overnight event, some camps provide linens for the camper. Please check with your Camp Organizer to confirm whether or not linens will be provided for you. If they are not, please plan to bring them with you.
A general list of overnight items is provided for you below:
- Bedding (pillow, sheet(s), blanket(s), pillowcase)
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, face wash)
- Extra clothes
- Extra shoes
- Extra sports equipment

Where can I park?
All of the lots on UIndy’s campus are free to park in during the summer, unless there is a sign specifically restricting parking. No parking passes are required. If you are attending a camp, please see the Pick-up/drop-off policy for more information about parking instructions.
