Real estate development cohort tour CityWay

The Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development cohort recently toured Buckingham Cos.’ CityWay 2.0 development.

Students discussed utility relocation, relocation of the livery building, environmental concerns, sound and vibration mitigation, structural steel, staging, scheduling, costs and other matters related to retail, multifamily and office building construction.
