Sign up for a time to get a Flu Shot at one of UIndy’s Flu Shot Clinics.
Please read over this important information before your appointment:
When arriving at the clinic:
- Bring a pen.
- Wear a shirt that will allow for the injection to be given in the upper arm.
- Bring a signed consent form (will be sent prior to your appointment).
- Wear a mask.
- Review the Vaccine Information Sheet (will be sent prior to your appointment).
Clinics will take place in the following locations:
- Tuesday, October 27th – The ARC
- Thursday, October 29th – Tent Outside Schwitzer
- Tuesday, November 3rd – The ARC
- Thursday, November 5th – Test Outside Schwitzer
- Tuesday, November 10th – The ARC
- Thursday, November 12th – Tent Outside Schwitzer
