UIndy Community Raises More Than $150,000 on GivingTuesday
The University of Indianapolis community rallied once again on GivingTuesday, contributing more than $150,000 to support students and campus initiatives. As part of a special Food Pantry match, the Office of Advancement donated one shelf-stable item for every gift received, resulting in more than 300 items for the UIndy Food Pantry.
This marks UIndy’s 13th year participating in the global day of generosity. The celebration continued on campus at the Smith Mall Holiday Lighting, where President Singh joined students, faculty, staff, and alumni for festive activities and a service project writing cards for local nursing home residents.

GivingTuesday gifts provide scholarships and essential student support — including academic, wellness, career-preparation, and emergency resources — ensuring Greyhounds have what they need to thrive and make a meaningful impact in their communities.
