Equity & Inclusion Open Mic Dialog

The goal of these sessions is to help students develop in the areas of intercultural engagement, civil discourse, cultural fluency, social justice, and constructive activism. The “Open Mic” feature ensures that all identities and perspectives have a voice. It also communicates that everyone is welcome.

The events will be led by the Office of Equity & Inclusion (OEI) Ambassadors, who are part of a leadership training and development program focused on advancing unity and understanding among diverse groups on campus. Each Ambassador represents a unique set of students who volunteer their time to support programing, events, and activities of OEI.
