HR welcomed two new employees in 2019

Eric Patberg joined UIndys as an HRIS Analyst in July.  Eric’s responsibilities include Banner system maintenance and reporting.  He also serves on the University’s Decision Support Team and Data Integrity and Standards Committee.

He earned his B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and previously gained years of experience in payroll and human resources at Anthem.

Eric partners with his co-workers to ease business processes that will ultimately enhance the work experience of all University employees. He is also focusing on data integrity with the goal of being able to provide insights needed for informed decision making. While away from work Eric enjoys traveling with his wife and watching sports.

Kim Craig joined us as a Payroll Specialist in September.  Her responsibilities include processing payroll for student employees.

Kim comes to UIndy with 13 years of experience processing payroll for not-for-profit and governmental entities.  She completed her AS in Accounting at Ivy Tech Community College.

In her spare time, she plans to pursue her BS in Business Administration.  She and her husband enjoy hiking, camping, and attending sporting events.
