Join UIndy music faculty as they explore music written to describe birds and bird song. Special guest, Jenna McElroy, from the Eagle Creek Park Ornithology Center, will add commentary about the various species of birds represented in the music. As a special treat, Tamara Thweatt will perform on both traditional flute and her shakuhachi bamboo instrument. Join us for an exciting evening of beautiful music and informative discussion all “for the birds”!
