Service Expo & Student Engagement Forum: Dec. 5

The Center for Service-Learning & Community Engagement invites you to UIndy’s upcoming annual Service Expo & Student Engagement Forum on Wednesday, December 5th from 11a.m.-12:50p.m. in the Student Center Atrium.

Each year, this event provides an opportunity for our students and faculty to showcase the many ways they have been involved through service and service-learning projects. This event is an opportunity for students to learn about the wonderful service initiatives at UIndy, hear from faculty and community leaders about the importance of young professionals engaging themselves through service and promoting social justice.

Events are as follows:
11-11:50 a.m.: Student Service and  Service-Learning Display Session/Celebration
12-12:50 p.m.: Panel conversation, featuring UIndy students!
L/P credit is pending.

Faculty who teach service-learning  courses: Make sure to REGISTER YOUR STUDENTS FOR THE SERVICE EXPO TODAY! If you are not requiring them to participate through the course, please highly recommend that they  showcase their projects.

Students and student groups who have participated in service or service- learning projects this semester are strongly encouraged to attend and share their stories. To register for the event, please complete the above registration form.

The deadline to register is Friday, November 30.
