Rebecca McKanna’s short story published in “Best American Mystery Stories 2019” anthology

Rebecca McKanna’s story “Interpreting American Gothic,” originally published in Colorado Review’s Summer 2018 issue, was selected for inclusion in “The Best American Mystery Stories 2019” by guest editor Jonathan Lethem. The book will be released by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt on October 1. McKanna is an assistant professor of English at the University of Indianapolis.
