Cassidy Bruner ’19 receives Outstanding Future Educator Award

Cassidy Bruner ’19 (health and physical education) was recently awarded the Outstanding Future Educator Award by the Indiana Association of Colleges of Teacher Educators (IACTE).

Bruner, a Beech Grove native, earned the award in the Secondary Education division. Recipients of this award are student teachers who have demonstrated excellence in their courses and fieldwork and are selected by committees from their respective programs. Bruner did her student teaching at Franklin Central High School and Jeremiah Gray Elementary.
