Composers who lived in or immigrated to America combine their heritage with existing American traditions to create a program of exquisite chamber works: Frenchman Darius Milhaud, Argentinian Astor Piazzolla, the Czech Antonin Dvořák, and millennial composer Reena Esmail, born in Chicago, yet deeply connected to her ancestral land India.
