CELL Director to Serve on ICHE Dual Credit Advisory Council

Center for Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) Executive Director Janet Boyle will serve on the Indiana Commission for Higher Education’s (ICHE) Dual Credit Advisory Council at the request of Commissioner Teresa Lubbers. Senate Enrolled Act 438-2019 asked the Commission to reconvene the Dual Credit Advisory Council to continue work started in 2015. Specifically, the Council will determine and make recommendations for closing gaps in dual credit teacher credentialing, make funding recommendations to support teachers pursuing dual credit credentialing and submit a report of findings and recommendations to the Commission by November 1, 2019. The Council’s first meeting will be July 29.
